HOT YOGA

Bikram yoga is also called Hot Yoga. It is very popular in recent years. Hot yoga is practied in high temperature between 38-42 degrees and the humidity about 65% of the environment. Benefits of practicing hot yoga in such environment will warm up body very quickly and speed up perspiration and blood circularion, therefore, detoxification and fat-consuming will be several efficited comparing with normal yoga practice. Hot yoga is suitable for all levels of yoga practioners from beginners to experienced yogis. 

The series of 26 postures can strengthen your muscles and bring you physical along with mental relaxing and purificatons.

Hatha yoga
The most traditional and ancient yoga exercises. Postures and breathing focus on body balance, coordination and unity. The exercises include Hatha basic (60 minutes) and Hatha Intermediate ( 90 minutes

Power yoga

This is a more strong and competetible yoga practice. Perfomed in a series of powerful postures that  strengthen the muscles accompanied by long and deep breathing techniques, thus, allow students to experience a boundless power and wake-up energies. 

INTRO Power 

is the foundation of Power Yoga. Courses are offered mainly on the basic energy yoga exercises. Suitable for all beginners. (60 minutes) 

POWER 1

Focusing on yoga movements consistency. Full of energy training, bring vitality and fun! For more than 10 courses based power yoga experience of the trainees (60 minutes) 

POWER 2
A higher power yoga exercises, concerntrate on balance, flexibility and coordination with  the combination of deep and long breath. Help you to discover and explore the body and  further develop your body. Students are recommended to take 10 Power 1 classes before join Power 2. (90 minutes)

SLIM YOGA

BEAUTY YOGA
Designed the scheduling of action to improve women's health especially to increase blood circulation, like head and face area, to speeding up body detoxification process and return a healthy and beautiful appearance. 

RECOVERYING YOGA
A mild yoga exercises, particularly suitable for the beginning after an illness, or physical injury, as well as to resumption of practice. It is a step-by-step exercise, moderate and gradual strengthening training to enhance physical condition and help body back to normal. (60 minutes)

KIDS YOGA

The course is designed to help young people to learn yoga and arise interests towards yoga. With fun and interesting but simple and effective exercises, will give kids or young people a basic knowledge of yoga.  Also improves the flexibility of the body and health. (60 minutes)


RELAXING YOGA
Course is programmed to reduce tension from daily work. Relax body and mind. Ideal for office people who carry a heavy work load and live in a tense world.  Gentle and slow movements commpanied long and deep breaths will enhance muscle strength, improving physical fitness.  A comprehensive psychological adjustment, making relaxed spirit, alleviate the pressure,  to achieve calm and peaceful mental state. (60 minutes)


PRIVATE LESSON
Private courses is a small scale class with only one or few member. Instructors will conduct classes more specific and focusing on individul case, like health condition, muscle and problem area to give more efficient and effective advices to fasten practice process and achieve the best results in the shortest time period. Members will get professional instructions immediately and avoid injury and incorrect practices that might become a habit. (60 minutes)
